Upper reach two-direction sealing valve
¡¡¡¡ SEV Trunnion mounted ball valve adopts advanced spring pre-tightening valve seat assembly and design principle of upper reach sealing ,which ensures good sealing performance of valve whether in low pressure, high pressure or in vacuum state. Each valve has two valve seats, enabling sealing in two directions. Therefore, it is a two-direction valve for there is no limit for installation direction, whichever end can be used as upper reach end.(please see Fig.1 for the structure)
Double blockage-discharging valve
¡¡¡¡ When SEV Trunnion mounted ball valve is in the state of full close, valve seats of upper and lower reach block the fluid completely. Media or accumulated dirt in the middle cavity can be discharged regularly. Damage of valve cover by dirt can be reduced and service life of valve can be prolonged. (Please refer to Fig.2 for the structure)
Automatic pressure discharge of middle cavity
¡¡¡¡ Spring pre-tightening valve seat is used in SEV Trunnion mounted ball valve. When pressure increases abnormally by media accumulated in the middle cavity, spring can be compressed to discharge pressure automatically.
Full size or reduced size
¡¡¡¡ Structure of full size or reduced size can be selected according to requirements. Hole diameter of full size valve is identical with inner diameter of pipeline, which facilitates cleaning of pipeline.
Fire prevention structure
¡¡¡¡ When non-metal valve seat is softened and burnt by accidental fire and abnormal temperatureincrease, specially designed supporting metal sealing surface of valve seat contact with the metal ball body under the load of spring for purpose of instantaneous sealing by contact of metal against metal, in compliance with SPI6FA and API607. (See Fig. for ***ailed structure)
Auxiliary greasing valve
¡¡¡¡ After valve seat and valve stem system are damaged, sealing grease can be filled through greasing valve for purpose of temporary sealing.£¨ See Fig.5 for ***ailed structure£©
